Duck Spring Roll
A delicious and special spring roll. A perfect combination of thin crispy pastry filled with the best quality Peking duck, rice noodles, leek and Hoisin sauce. Serve the Duck Spring roll as a lunch dish accompanied by stir-fried vegetables or as a side dish.
Preparation method
From the freezer directly into the fryer at 172°C. Deep-fry approximately 5 minutes.
