Ingredients (10 persons)
• 1 kg Aviko Garlic and Herb wedges
• 10 large wraps
• 2 cucumbers, first sliced lengthwise, then into 5mm slices
• 2 red onions, peeled and sliced into thin halved rings
• 400 ml crème fraîche or sour cream
• 4 tbs olive oil
• salt and freshly ground black pepperPreparation
- Combine the crème fraîche with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the mixture onto the wraps.
- Prepare the Aviko Garlic & Herb wedges, following the instructions on-pack.
- Roll-up the wraps, folding in one side to ensure the filling cannot fall out.
Tip:
Add sweetness with some roasted red bell pepper or offer as on-the-go snack wrapped in foil.
